Lu Yu’s Adventures in Wonderland - the Mysterious Underground Tearooms

11 unique tea themed spaces constructed through cross-field cooperation between various teams of creators will be displayed. At weekends and holiday times creators or tea farm owners will taste and discuss tea with visitors, giving them a chance to learn about tea culture and feel the charming warmth of tea growing areas.

Revisiting the Past - Liu Xing-Qin Solo Exhibition

Liu Xing-Qin is a celebrated cartoonist and inventor, who became a household sensation with ‘Brother A-San and Big Grandaunt.’ In 2011, the Executive Yuan’s Council for Hakka Affairs announced twelve Grand Hakka Festival, and Liu’s ‘Big Grandaunt Cartoon Festival’ was chosen to represent the month of July. In Liu’s lively brushwork and storyboard, the audience finds the perfect cocktail of Hakka’s vibrant tradition and modern lifestyle.

In Bloom – A Joint Exhibition of the New-Generation Metalworkers

Jin-shuei Special Exhibition Hall

Six up-and-coming metalworkers, spirited, with a vision and artistic prowess to connect to the international community, proudly display their works in this joint exhibition. The exhibiting artists include Chen Yu-Jun, Jiang Mei- Fong, Li Heng, Chen Ying-Xiu, Wu Shu- Lin and Zhao Yung- Hui. You will be treated to the fruit of their artistic labor as you browse through these incredible works of art that celebrate the next-generation metalworking in Taiwan.
